In September of this year a lady had an accident and bumped into my vehicle, this was sent to their Insurance, Quicksure, for the claim.By 08 October I was not advised of the procedure and had to contact them to get info. 13 days later on the 21st of October I contacted Monique again as I still had no feedback from her, no phone calls, emails or an asessor to my car. I went to seek help as nothing has been sorted yet, I contacted their legal department directly and was advised that Monique was asked on occasion in October already to submit my docs to the legal department and was never done. It has now been 3 months, I still have R7000 worth of damage to my car and suppliers are closing in 10 days. I would appreciate feedback as to how this process will be sped up in order to get the damage fixed, I'm now at a point where I would prefer taking this to small claims court if no feedback is received. The internal legal department has been very helpful thus far though.
