After weeks of not hearing anything about my claim, I called in now only to find out that my claim has been cancelled without being informed and after the manager said he will deal with my claim and get back to me.
Hazel now says that's my claim has been cancelled because I was paid out in 2011 for my kitchen cupboards, but my claim now is for a different arrear of my kitchen.
I need this sorted asap.
im very disappointed after speaking to the manager and he telling me he'll deal with my claim and his done nothing.
