On 3 Dec 2013 I registered 2 claims:
1. Leaking pipe. Assesor came and gave me zero feedback. Today I called and was informed that the claim wont be settled because it is a matter of a leaking tap. (2495399)
2. My gate motor which presents a huge security risk to me and my family has to date not been assessed nor fixed. ABSA chooses to give me the telephone number of Assess Express instead of them calling the service provider to assist. Is that not the responsibility of ABSA insurance? (249388)
Unhappy with the service from ABSA Insurance. I am going to take my business elsewhere.
