Discovery Health Rip Off & Lack of Follow-up

Have been members of Discovery for - 10 yrs: the first - 7 on a comprehensive plan. - 3 years ago, we changed to hospital plan. When we did this, we were told that as we had accessed funds that are advanced to members for the year, and then left the plan before contributing for that year, we were liable for a "claw back" payment. We signed agreement to pay the money back & once we had paid it back (in two payments), we were informed by Discovery that we had done so. In January this year, we signed up for a Comprehensive plan again. Approx a week into the new year, our first claim went through and on our first client statement from Discovery, we saw that our MSA was far more depleted than the one claim we had made. On approximately 9 /10 January, my husband phoned Discovery to investigate. He was told "there have been many claims that have depleted your MSA". My husband asked for the statement to be sent to us - did not happen. Call Ref 26970399112 revisited clawback, then confirmed Discovery at fault & and money to be refunded to our MSA. The next 3 calls confirmed same. Latest stooge Thabo promised to call me personally yesterday to confirm the refund had happened - still waiting
