I have a 1.2.1 top up contract and was phoned last year and told that it is expiring early in 2013 and what plan do I now want, the same or a new amount. I was not sure at the time and mentioned maybe R200.00 for R350.00 airtime. I was told I would be phoned in the new year to confirm everything. I went into the store at Galleria on the 28th March 2013 to find out about what is going on. The store phoned and after about 30 minutes was able to get somebody to assist me. I was told that a new R100 for R200 airtime has come into effect. I told them since when as I have not confirmed any new package and that I do not want this. I was told that it would be looked into and that I would be phoned back later to sort it out. Still no phone call. I then get an sms in store stating my account is in the rears and I must pay same time dated the 3/4/13 at 23.00??? manager is witness. I have frozen my account and will not do anything with it until this matter is resolved as I have not authorized this new contract or confirmed that I want it so please supply me the recording where I did or cancel it with immediate effect and give me the R200.00 for R350.00 contract that I want. Why the false sms?
