I guess my complaint was written out of frustration and you and Nicolene did your best to assist me. To be honest if I had to rate you guys it would be 20 out 10 this means superb in my language. Please do keep up the good work, I got to a point whereby I wanted to cancel the Medical Policy but the more I require assistance from Nicolene I believe that I would be loosing out a lot because you two know are extremely good at what you do. And the most important part is that you know how to take care of clients which that is something you don't get easily nowadays.
To be honest you are a trademark in Essential Med. I know I might have been a difficult customer to impress but please understand I am pregnant and the last thing I need is frustration. I know that me signing up with Essential Med was not a mistake but a good benefit.
