About two months ago I logged an application for a further bond so that I could complete renovations in my home. The second further bond was sent to the arbitrations department as there was a query re affordability... this was sent through in October and to date I have still not received feedback. Standard bank home loans have the worst possible service. They never provide feedback and they always never meet their TAT... Furthermore they don't have a walk in centre where u can chat to a consultant face to face they only have a call centre who never provides appropriate feedback. I have been with standard bank for almost 15 years and they have yet to get their service right... sad as they are definately not making banking better...
