Im borrowing now for many months and paying, back on time i never had this problem before until august, and now im facing the same problem with them, but much longer, it has been a week ago that they have deducted their money, an sms was recieved thankin me for my pamnet on time, when i logged on the day after status says im stil owing, i call their customer services, spoke to a lady who said the money was deducted a day later, and i owe aR57 i manully paid it into wonga absa account and faxed the copy of slip, next day still hasnt been updated, i call again they tell me it takes three working days to reflect even though i deposited it directly into their account, it is a week, it is saying the same thing when i log on to my account 'you owe and due for payment today 30 th november and it is the 5th i wish some one could help
