Hi there,

I have made a formal request to MFC to extend my payment period by 3 months because I was behind by 2, 3 months isntalment and also requested a decrease in my interest rate as it is almost double prime. The initial request was handled by Claire Schoonraadon 11 September 2013, MFC offered to extend but then I was not insured, and I got insurance and send them proof. Now the application is with Dalton who said that should not be a problem and promised to get back to me the next day that was 11 October 2013, the problem is I am accruing interest on the amount that is in arrears. I have been calling Dalton eversince and now he just ignores my calls. I am paying R 5745 every month because the interest rate is so high it is as if its for a personal loan.
