Send documents still taking life insurance

Hi

I faxed all documentation for Rochester as well as HIFI corp still my life insurance policy has been deducted.
I need my updated installment and all fees reversed or paid back please. Also you when you call the call centre they just put the phone down no answer this happened 3 times this morning
