Im a King Price client, submitted a claim for my windscreen claim last week Thursday, to date I have received one call only from Glasfit asking which branch is closest to me, I advised centurion and was told I would be called back. I have waited now 4 days snce that call and no response. what could be the matter glasfit as my windscreen is not going to repair itself. WHY is service such a degrading experience for such a huge company.
