No service is POOR service

After my finance was informed that his four week old claim had been rejected because he had not submitted his Glasfit assessment form; this despite the fact that deductions have been made from his account by King Price Insurance (REALLY???); I have decided to find out if I will perhaps face the same problems should I log a claim.
Does anyone work at their call centres though? I mean besides the people who sell us these policies. Two days later and all i've been told was to hold. Poor, poor after sales service!
