Incompetent and Unknowledgeable staff

Made a purchase from a merchant. Didn't get an sms, didn't show on my mini statement, didn't reflect on my transaction history or detailed balance. Called the bank after 3 days and it still not showing, consultant told me that transaction did not go through and that merchant's speed point might not have worked and that I had been lucky enough to get the pizza for free. Continued to ask her various times if she was sure and if I could then use the funds available to me. She said she was sure. Did so and low and behold the transaction I queried went off my account, now my account was in a minus of almost R200.00 due to this and I get told that I made the transactions so they are gonna take that money when my salary gets deposited - meaning R200.00 less to work with for December due to their wrongful information. Had a long argument with one of their supervisors who doesn't know how his own employer works either and was told I would get feedback within 2-3days - 6days later still no call from FNB. Waiting for their call so I can close all accounts. Ref no. RM 1311275118 and RW 1311281484... Oh, also still waiting for my Gold card that was supposed to be delivered yesterday...
