EXEPTIONAL SERVICE RECEIVED FROM KGOMOTSO TLEANE

Last night at 19:30, I called into the FNB roadside assistance call centre, after struggling to find the number. My call came through to a very helpful consultant Kgomotso Tleane. His professional and exceptional service is one that should never go unnoticed, and I would really like to forward my appreciation for his quick and efficient assistance. It clearly shows that this is not just a job for him... but making customer interaction apart of his lifestyle. It's not often you find such service great customer service from customer care agents.

I really would like to send through my appreciation to Kgomotso Tleane. Keep up the good work!! And I know that one day, you will reap the benefits of your great work. bless you!!

Now I know that I did the right decision by moving to FNB. Please continue to hire dedicated individual, who are passionate about what they do. I really don't know what more to say, however I am really happy... THANK YOU!!!
