I sent emails to 1Life requesting that they cancel my policy after going through their policy terms, according to their terms and conditions one has got 30 days cooling of period to cancel and they were supposed to respond and refund my premiums but it seems they are just ignoring my emails. And i have done this within the mentioned cooling off period. I don't know what else to say to them n
