This is now the second time I am having to complain about the service (or lack thereof) from Outsurance. After my first complaint, I received a call filled with apologies and promises. Once again, promises have not been kept - Leena said she would call me LAST FRIDAY - I am still waiting! I wonder if you remember that it is the customer that has made your company so big (too big as you do not keep to your promises). Clearly you do not want my business and to be quite honest I dont want yours either - if this is how you treat prospective customers, then I want no part of it! Very dissapointed
