3rd Complaint to outsurance

This is my 3rd complaint I am waiting since the 2nd *April for my damages to be fixed, they keep on making appointments and promises but no delivery. I received this message on the 8 april today is the 27th No delivery

I need my money for 3 days leave they must refund me, cause they take me for a stupid, you can't make appointments and promises and not deliver. I also ask them to put the complete carpet and they refuse to do the llounge area.s also cause its a one carpet I am now waiting 26 days for outsurance to come and finish what they promised me, I will go now to the newspapers cannot take this stress and I will email them my payslip to work out my refund for my days I took leave waiting for them
