Quick, Efficient and Precise

I phoned Old Mutual's self help service and was helped immediately. The call centre agent was very professional, polite, and efficient in attending to my request. She did not bug me with 50 questions that had no relevance to the incident. She just asked what she needed to know and then immediately sorted out the problem.

I wish all call centres were like that.
