DEBITING A CANCELED POLICY

I cancelled my policy with KING PRICE and placed a STOP ORDER with my bank. Sent email notification of cancelation and stop order. Please refund my money as I have attached the new policy I have with OUTSURANCE and cannot have two policies at the same time.
