So disappointed with the service

I am deeply disappointed regarding the service i received from STD Bank. i have went and applied for a loan 3 weeks ago and i havw called them numerous times and two calls resukting in me being assisted for 25 min whereas my query has still not been resolved. i have went to the bank 3 times and have not received satisfactory service. Apparently my application has not been captured when i call the call centre and i have wasted my valuable time going to the bank and nothing has been done. i have logged a complaint with the banks department and have been told that their slabis 4 days meaning that i have to wait another 4 days on top of the 3weeks i have waited. i am disgusted and disappointed...
