Debit Order Reversal

In December, I upgraded my Student Achiever Account to an Elite account - along with my debit order. I have a RCP loan with the bank and in January, the debit went off on the Student Achiever account instead of the Elite account. A day later, the amount was reversed back to my account - without any explanations.

I am worried that this will now reflect as a missed payment - please provide some assitance.
