Disgusting Service

I have ordered a smart device online and it hasnt been activated since the 11th of November 2013. I received a reply from a guy named Junaid on the 26th of November saying that he would sort it out the same evening and he will follow up the next morning that being the 27th of November. To this very day i have not received any feedback nor has my sim been activated. absolutely disgusting service. Is this the putrid service i can expect from the guys responsible for handling my money.
