I have a premier account and I applied online for the FNB Smart device offer to see what it was all about, Boy oh boy have I learnt what FNB is really all about. I was called by Mz Thlale who told me that because I only had R1450 coming into my account in the month of November I do not qualify. I explained that I own my own company, I pay myself and forgot to do so end of November but if she looks 3 days into December she will see I my salary. She argued that this is not policy and therefore means absolutely nothing. I asked her to look further into the December month and she will see a further income of several hundred thousand but she said this makes no difference. I asked her to look back prior to October and she will another large credit but this is apparently not worth anything either. My conclusion is that FNB is not interested in any of my money!!! FNB will lose my account as well as my mothers investment accounts.

FNB please correct your slogan, How can't we help you!!
