I submitted a claim on Nov 28th regarding the storm that affected my windscreen. An empathetic & helpful consultant assisted me and reassured me that this would be attended to and I immediately received an e-mail confirming that. They gave me a turn around time of 48 hours, and i am glad to say that my claim was dealt with a great deal of efficiency.
