FNB replies but doesn't follow-through

So Celeste Kruger replied to me on 28 November but to date no-one has called me??? I e-mail the woman at the CEO's office, Verona but she doesn't bother to reply either. FNB has really gone to the dogs! Stay away people! They're apparently no better than the other rubbish out there - they have a very good marketing department but that's it!
