I have sent emails since end of Desember to Celeste Kruger as well as FNB ceo's dept asking for a call back on my complaint to date Celeste Kruger didn't bother to call me the only person that did call me was a Natasha Brown and she promised to call me back for the last 4 weeks. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE FNB OFFER THESE DAYS
My complain is still about FNB EBucks dept and there attitude.
Please be careful before purchasing airtime and data bundles from FNB as there prices they advertise isn't specials
