I have been trying to contact a representative of QVC to make my bookings for 2014 only to sit on the phone for 20 min x 2 and then e-mail 3 X with my query and 3 weeks later still no response. I have reference number: 283346 but it certainly doesn't help one bit if no one is going to answer the phone or reply to my mail. So now I would like to know how to go about to cancel this rubbish as I am sure ONCE someone gets hold of me there wont be any accommodation left in the pool for Easter or December. I wonder what the benefit of this product actually is? Since inception we have only been to Ngwena Lodge, Crystal Springs, Baywater Village, DBurg Gardens, Carribean Estates and some place in Mossel Bay. What a rip-off cause there is never anything available and apparently if you pay the full levies due in the November before the new year kicks off then you have a better chance of booking. I don't think so... how the are we supposed to get through to you people.
