Lungisa VRG Telecomminications bakkie drove into my beetle from behind on the 15th November 2013 on the corner of May Deep and Shamrock road Germiston. I have for 2 weeks being trying to get a claim number from Lungisa, who only on Friday last week passed the claim onto their insurance broker the 29th November 2013 . I still do not have a claim number and all person involved seem to be ingorning calls or not returning calls.
The sad part of this is that my mom was using the car to visit her husband in a frail care centre and now has no transport.
