ELECTRICITY BOUGHT

I BOUGHT ELECTRICITY FROM A DEALER IN PHALABORWA AND BECAUSE WE HAVE 4 METERS ON THE PROPERTY THE WRONG METER NUMBER WAS USED AS REFERENCE WHEN UNITS WERE BOUGHT. I REQUESTED BLUE LABEL TO ASSIST TO CHANGE THE METER NUMBER ON THE VOUCHER THEY THEN IN TURN SAID NO PROBLEM I NEED THE EEE NUMBER OF THE SELLER. I GOT THAT AND CALLED BACK TO BE TOLD NO I NEED TO GO TO THE MUNICIPALITY. THEY DECLINED ALL ASSISTANCE AND REFERED ME BACK TO BLUE LABEL. WHEN I CALLED BLUE LABLE THE CALL CENTRE MR SENZO TOLD ME THEY CANT HELP ME.
WHAT A JOKE SO PLEASE BE WARNED IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR ON A METER NUMBER TO WONT GET ASSISTANCE FROM BLUE LABEL BUT WILL BE SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST.
