Unauthorised debit orde

I am utterly dissatisfied yet again with FNB .

I have been retrenched and unemployed for most of this year and suffered a major financial blow. With great difficulty i have managed to secure a job.

On the first month of my employement and recieving my pay, FNB has taken all my funds that i had in my account without any notification, on the second month, they had frozen my account without notifying me aswell, which pushed me in more financial distress as i had made arrangements to pay all my creditors as well as provide my family with the basic neccesaties such as food and rent. Now to find out that they have yet debited my account for the amount of R 1200 for my credit card and I have made prior arrangements to pay them monthly.
I have tried calling the call centre and of which the consultant put the phone down on me without any help.
I would appreciate if FNB can keep to their slogan "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" and sort this mess out as this is now getting frustrating and putting me in dire strands.
