1. I'm on a fixed management fee since Aug but every month a 'TRANSAKSIE KOSTE HOOFKNTOOR' of R7.70 gets deducted with my management fee. I've lodge a query with a Priority Banker at my branch on 29 October. I'm not getting feedback on my query. For what is the R7.70 for and how long does it takes to get feedback on a query?

2. Why was I never informed about the Depositor Plus replaced the Investment Advantage?

3. I only paid internet banking fees and since May you started charging me over R250 in bank charges? Why was it changed and why was I never informed? I have since changed to a management fee option.

4. When I changed over to the management fee in Aug, the consultant moved my account different branch, and omitted to move my account back. He also never advised me that I will pay an additional fee for posted statements?

5. I had a notification on my internet banking that I qualify for R100 000 free life cover that is valid for 1 year. I tried 3 days in a row to register for this cover and each time I received an error message: 'Stelsel is tans nie beskikbaar nie. Probeer asseblief later weer'. Now I do not receive the option to take out this cover at all?
