I needed a letter from my insurance company OUTsurance, as a requirement from another insurance company from which I am claiming for an accident.
Fortunately I got Anwar Khan on the line, he was efficient, competent and got the job done in no time. He took my particulars and by the time I had returned to my desk, which was literally within 5 min I already had the required letter in my in-box.
