I have had 2 policies with King Price and this is my 3rd complaint about cancellation.
I sent call back requests, even called in to request cancellation and I was told someone will call me back. because of your delays you have debited my account for December.
I would like my premiums back in my account today as you have no right to this money. This is. Your administration process is dismal. Why I thought giving you a second chance will result in anything different is beyond me.
Please refund my money.
