UCOUNT for nothing at Standard Bank

In September I joined UCOUNT to get the added benefit of points by using my card.
I was charged three times in 2 months for this service and then my UCOUNT was cancelled for NOT paying?? I then phoned a chap to help, who promised to rectify the situation in a week - THANK YOU for phoning and bringing this to our attention he said. I was then charged a R35, 00 rejoining fee?? I never cancelled?? I also brought it to his attention that I should be on TIER 3 not TIER 1 as I met all the criteria, oh yes we will go back and allocate the correct amount of points - HE SAID! I subsequently have been in touch with Rosheen who made all the same promises by phone and email. IT IS DECEMBER!! NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! AND I have just been charged ANOTHER REJOINING FEE!!!
