I was on a biking tour, alone, riding from Toti to Cape Town when, on Sunday afternoon in Queenstown my rear wheel bearing seized. Outsurance organized and paid for a tow-truck to take me and my bike to PE (800km round trip). Not only that, The Outsurance guy phoned me at least four times to check I was ok. Incredible service of the highest quality.
