Disgusting Service!

When I took the loan out, I got great service. I made an arrangement with the collections department to settle bothmy personal and smart spend loan in January, skipping the payment holiday. Not only were the amounts incorrectly advised to me, bt and extra R4500 was debited from my account. So im sitting with a huge problem as my landlord refuses to understand that FNB is at fault and not me, and FNB is sitting with my rent money earning interest on it. Im promised call backs that never came through until I pickd up the phone calling in about 3 times before I was assisted. So again I have to waste my time at work to sort out FNBs admin problem that someone caused due to their lack of numeracy skills. Im not sure I would recomend FNB to anyone after this, thats garenteed!
