Nedbank's latest "Savy" advertising campaign is a direct mockery of and Disrespectful to all Christians. The actor in the advert "Eugene" is stopped by a higher authority who speaks to him from above and he then looks upwards to the Heavens and is addressed by someone portrayed to be. I have taken this up with their head office and after assuring me that it was not their intention, they happily proceed to run the advert at a higher intensity. I wonder what the reaction would have been if they acted disrespectfully against the Moslem or Hindu people or other religions? Or is it that they don't mind if they offend the Christians? I have after my last email to them, informed them that I will be launching a campaign on the social networks against this advert until they remove it. This they chose to ignore as well. I am therefore placing my objection to Nedbank's latest advertisement campaign and will be circulating this on all available social networks including facebook and twitter and gathering support to boycott Nedbank and force them to immediately stop with these adverts.
