Wow, that is not really what you sould be saying about Loren Ndeza. She is that kind of individual who cares, always there waiting for any assistance she can offer, if it`s something that requires some time to deal with she makes sure, you get an acceptable feed back within the timeframe promised.
I`m talking from experience, she has helped me all the way from the initial stage of my bond application until now, she is still of the biggest help, any conflict that comes up along the line she makes sure that, she responds to it professionally and with a smile.
To me Loren Ndeza is the "SUPERSTAR". ABSA should consider making her some sort of a Manager, because of the professionalism she posseses, that calm and freindly warm welcoming attaitude, ABSA needs to be thankful of that kind of personality, eventhough my bond is not finalised yet, I think if it was not for her I could have given up on ABSA already.
You rock big time girl, keep up the good work!!!
