Unfortunately my experience started badly. I was told to have my car inspected at my nearest "Glasfit" for my insurance policy. So I went to the Glasfit in Bryanston in my lunch hour but was told that "Easyway" now handles First for Women inspections. Thankfully there is an Easyway in the same complex otherwise I would've been quite annoyed.
But all that was forgotten after my great experience with Easyway. They strive to "create a unique customer experience, with minimal effort required on your part" and they succeed 100%.
I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and Galied assisted me right away. I gave him my policy number and car keys. No long questionaires, no forms to complete!
After he offered me something to drink and walked me to their beautiful, clean waiting-lounge, he drove my car to the back for its inspection and photo shoot. The lounge has comfy couches, a TV and free refreshments.
I was there for perhaps 10-12 minutes when he returned, took me through the details of his inspection form which I signed and that was it! They completely exceeded my expectations and it was so refreshing to receive such amazing, convenient and friendly service.
