As referred through for assessment on my vehicle after a car accident the day before, my mom and I arrived and walked in only to be greeted with the friendliest and most welcoming smiles. We were escorted into the lounge and told we are welcome to help ourselves to coffee and biscuits. The call centre rep drove offered to drive my car in and everything was pretty much don't in 30 minutes. In fact, we were so impressed my mom and I wished it had been longer. We really enjoyed the experience!! THANK YOU for your brilliant and friendly service.
