Daylight and late payment...!!!

My mom put in a claim November 2013 for her late husband. Talk about the worst service ever. They say you should get the money within 48 hours, how about 2-3 weeks. They don't even call you to say if there is any documents missing or how far your claim is, we have to call all the time. After they confirmed everything was in order, still no money. When I called in to ask why the payment hasn't been made they could not answer me. Don't get me started on how incompetent the staff is. Finally we get the money only to discover it's the incorrect amount. We ungraded the policy in April, they informed my mom that there is a waiting period of 3 months. I called in to query the policy and the consultant informed me that the waiting period was 6 months... We still qualify, Today I get an email saying the waiting period is 12 months. I look forward to hear from you with proof of this terms and conditions that we "accepted".
