I have made at least 4 attempts to obtain a quote for dent and scratch protection without any success. This has been going on for approximately a month now.
I have supplied my ID number and policy number many times without obtaining a quote. I would have thought that additional business would be something that they look forward to.
Staff could not even spell correctly in emails. Makes me wonder what kind of operation is running in the background.
