NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

On the 28/10/2013 I took my car to be inspected at Glasfit Secure Tint, Randburg. I received my receipt of inspection and was advised that MiWay would receive the report from Glasfit. On 25/11/2013 I received an sms from MiWay advising me that my vehicle inspection confirmation had not been received. No phone call or sense of urgency from you at all? My monthly premiums payments are up to date. I guess so long as you are receiving my money, the fact that I am driving around uninsured is my problem, not yours? You advised me to take my vehicle to this 'establishment'. The service there is shocking. And well... who knows what they did with my inspection report document. Perhaps a sign to move else where?
