I've been a client of standard bank for many years & i have never received the service i received from the lady i spoke to Dora Litheko. I'm applying for car finance and the dealership had gone ahead and done it for me but got a deal with Wesbank for 11% which is too high so i was calling my bank to see if they can offer me a better interest rate. I was transfered to the lady Dora Litheko, she was basically shouting at me and telling me that they will not speak to me but the dealership and will regenerate the interest rate but give it to the dealership. She had no interest in anything i had to say or even listen to me. At the end of the day I'm the customer not my dealership and if i need assistance with getting a better interest rate with the bank, i bank with i should be able to call but not be spoken to in that manner.
