I am an Absa client when i had to emergency draw money from a Standard Bank ATM, the Standard Bank ATM didn't pay out but the amount i requested was deducted from my account and now i have to wait about 11days for the investigation to take place and put all my accounts on hold! It cost me airtime to report faulty ATM and petrol money to drive to my bank to fill in an ATM dispute form!
