Shocking service

Transactions processed on credit card after all documentation was provided to prove transactions were. All docs sent to Miss Bianca Whittle. I was called back because clearly Miss Whittle did not understand how to read the documentation. So the simple thing to do was to just neglect her duties after I was informed that she would call back to inform me of investigation and just reverse the transactions.
Completely shocked how this was handled as I am suppose to be one of their valued Platinum Clients with an impeccable credit record with them. Shocking!!!
