Was getting rather sick of their ads boasting so i decided to try them out for myself. I have been with Standard bank for 27 years, so as a joke I called to open an account with FNB. They claim that the process takes 10 minutes. They are wrong, it took less. Refilwe was friendly, fast and amazing. It is not often that companies live up to their hype but FNB do. Well done and I am switching the rest of my accounts there on Monday.
