I recently opened a business banking account with FNB in Northmead. I was helped by a young man who sat behind the Service Desk, I am sorry I didnt remember his Xhosa name, only that his name means Warrior in English. What a lovely happy young man who went above and beyond for me. The service I received from him was amazing and his attitude was one of, lets help you get this sorted. I wish I could clone and copy "Warrior" For my company and clients. What an absolute Gem. Look after him FNB as I am sure lots of companies would love to have someone so effecient, friendly and dynamic on their crew! Thank you again, awesome bank!
