Lack of interest in Client retention

I took out this policy and was advised that since I had a HIV test in 2011 another would not be required, today I get an SMS from my bank stating that R336.00 has been debited, upon querying this I am first informed that it is an additional R85.00 for an HIV test, so I decide to cancel the policy as this was not disclosed to me, after sending the form I am told sorry!!! NO HIV test required it is the premium plus initiation fee, which I have no problem with, so I ask that the policy be reinstated, since I only cancelled it 2 minutes ago, now I am told it has been cancelled, I paid them for ALL and that I must take another policy and pay them another R336.00 for this to be done, or please pay your bank R500.00 to refund you the R336.00 that we have basically indirectly from you. Please take the R336.00 rand that you have taken from my bank account and put it towards your staff training so that they know how to give THE CORRECT INFORMATION FIRST TIME AROUND.
