My name is Theron Rapoo and I have a policy with Altrisk. I took a policy in 2011 and forgot to do a Pathology test. Ntuthuko Mjuleni was the Agent handling this policy at the time of request and all along my policy was active but only covered me on a 10% condition until a Pathology Test was done. Ntuthuko really played an integral part in making sure that I make time and do the test. I am a busy person and always traveling abroad and just when I came back from America, I made sure I take time, after receiving an e-mail from Mjuleni, stating how important it is that I do the test. As I write this, my policy is active and I am a happy client. Ntuthuko Mjuleni deserves a Team Player of The Month award for he puts pride in his job and goes an extra mile to help and assist.
